Application Procedure & Deadlines
Applicants should ensure they have consulted the following prior to making an application for all BSÉ/IFB loans:
Making An Application
Applications should be made on-line by registering with the IFB Online Application System. Should you encounter any issues, please consult the FAQ Section. The online system will close at 1pm on the day of the deadline. We strongly recommend that applicants allow ample time to prepare, upload and submit an application as incomplete applications will not be accepted once the deadline has passed. If you wish to make an application for funding by post, contact 091 561 398 for the relevant application form.
Please note that you must consult with a BSÉ/IFB Project Manager prior to making an application for Production or Distribution funding (this is not required for Development)

Funding Procedure Appeals
If you are dissatisfied with the way in which your application was processed, you should write to the Chief Executive of BSÉ/IFB. The letter should set out clearly the grounds for complaint, giving as much detail as possible. Please note that complaints may be made only on grounds of procedure, not of creative judgment. Procedural complaints will be taken very seriously and investigated fully by the Chief Executive.
