Corporate Governance

The IFB is a publically funded agency and has a number of corporate government procedures in place to ensure honesty and transparency in all transactions. It is a requirement of the Department of Finance that all state agencies adopt a Code of Business Conduct for board members and staff. You can download the IFB Code of Business Conduct as well as details on the agency's Audit Comittee structure.
