The Irish Film Board at Cannes 2003

The Irish Pavillion, which acts as the focal point for the Irish presence in Cannes, will be open from Wednesday 14th - Friday 23rd May.

The Irish Pavilion is a joint marketing initiative between Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board and the Northern Ireland Film and Television Commission. It services the needs of Irish producers and is the focus for the business, information and social elements for the Irish film industry at the Cannes Film Festival.

This year there are three Irish films screening at the Cannes market:

  • Goldfish Memory, a romantic comedy directed by Liz Gill and produced by Goldfish Films, starring Sean Campion and Flora Montgomery.
  • Mystics, a comedy directed by David Blair and produced by MR Films starring Milo O’Shea and David Kelly.
  • The Last Time, an awarding short directed by Conor Horgan and produced by Zanita Films.
