Applicants wanted for Screen Leaders Programme

Screen Leaders is a leadership course and strategic company development programme. It is specifically designed for professionals working in the creative industries: film, television, animation, digital media, distribution, exhibition and facility companies. 15 companies are selected to take part in the training programme (two people per company), participants are selected from Ireland and from across the EU.

Screen Leaders provides you with the opportunity to take a step back and invest in your own development and in your company's development. The programme team will work with you and your company, to plan strategically, influence change, collaborate and communicate effectively.  Screen Leaders will equip you with the tools needed to implement your new strategy for your company.

Bord Scannán na hÉireann/Irish Film Board, are collaborating with FAS Screen Training Ireland to offer support for selected Irish applicants. The successful applicants must have a minimum of Five Years working at a senior level in a company.  The nature of your company's business may include,: Film, Television, Animation, Digital Media, Sales, Exhibition, Distribution, Production/ Post Production, Film Festivals, Facility Companies.

Each company participating is required to send two representatives at senior level of management i.e. CEO/Owner/COO/CFO/Lead Producer.
