The Irish @ Berlinale 2012

The Irish Film Board (IFB) will have a new stand at the Berlinale and EFM this year in the Martin Gropius Bau - stand G7 upstairs on the balcony.

Four Irish films have been officially selected for the festival and there are numerous other Irish films screening and selling in the market.  

Kirsten Sheridan's DOLLHOUSE will have it's world premiere in the Panorama section, while SHADOW DANCER starring Clive Owen and Andrew Riseborough will have its European premiere out of competition.  The documentary THE RELUCTANT REVOLUTIONARY will screen in the Panorama section and ANTON CORBIJN INSIDE OUT will have a Berlinale Special screening.

Other Irish films screening and selling in the EFM are Albert Nobbs, Death of a Superhero, Stella Days and Grabbers to name a few.  A full list of films selling and screening at the festival can be downloaded on this page.
