Short Animation Headspace to Screen at IFI from 17th of February
The Irish short animation film ‘Headspace' will be showing in the Irish Film Institute (IFI) in front of the European film ‘The Woman in the Fifth' beginning on the 17th of February.
‘Headspace', which was written and directed by Patrick Semple, tells the story of a boy who distances himself from reality in an effort to cope with a cycle of abuse. The film received a nomination for best animation at the 2011 IFTA's and was also nominated for the Irish Council's Civil Liberties Human Rights Film Award in 2011.
