IFB Funded Short ‘The German’ Reaches One Million Views on Vimeo
The short film ‘The German' has become an internet hit after reaching one million views on Vimeo over the weekend. On the 8th of February alone it received 25.8K views. The film was funded under the Irish Film Board's (IFB) Short Cuts scheme in 2007.
'The German', which was written and directed by Nick Ryan, portrays the story of a British fighter pilot who pursues a German ace who shot down his friend. However, he discovers that it is not so easy to kill a man when you have to look them in the eye.
