James Hickey
was appointed Chief Executive of Bord Scannán na hÉireann/The Irish Film Board taking up his role on the 1st June 2011. James Hickey was previously Head of the Media and Entertainment law group and a partner in Ireland's largest law firm, Matheson Ormsby Prentice. James is recognised internationally as a leading expert in the field of film and television production. He is well known for representing many leading Irish film and television production companies as well as actors, writers, directors, composers and for working in the field of media and entertainment law, including animation. He was formerly Chairman of the Projects Arts Centre and the Abbey Theatre and has had a lifetime commitment to the Irish film industry.

Cathal Gaffney has always had a deep love of animation, photography and art. Today, Cathal focuses on the business and production side of the operation. In 2009, he was nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year award, in recognition of his achievements at Brown Bag Films. He is also a member of BAFTA.

Paul Young
is a co-founder and CEO of Cartoon Saloon, Producer of the Oscar Nominated animated feature The Secret of Kells and Executive Producer of the animated children's series Skunk Fu! He co-produced the features Santa's Apprentice in partnership with Gaumont and Avrill Stark Entertainment and Moon Man with Schesch Film and Le Pacte. Cartoon Saloon picked up the Producer of the year award at the Cartoon Forum 2008 and Cartoon Movie 2009. Paul is also an award winning cartoonist and illustrator.

As co-founder and CEO of JAM Media, John Rice has previously worked with a variety of International animation houses, including FOX Animation and MTV in the U.S.A. John was recently the executive producer on Roy 02 - 13 X 28 minute live-action/animation series, the second commissioned series for JAM Media/BBC. He is also executive producer on Baby Jake Series 2 - 26 X 11 minute preschool animation series and Tilly and Friends - 52 X 11 minute preschool animation series.

After a substantial background in children's programming (S-RTL in Cologne, Nickelodeon Germany, Fox Kids/Jetix), Christophe Erbes has been an international consultant since 2006, working with companies such as Orange, Ubisoft, UER, and the Baden Wurtemberg Film Fund. He also moderates international events including MIP/MIPCOM, the Annecy Festival and Cartoon. Christophe has written and published children's books under the pseudonym Theo de Marcousin, as well as writing scenarios and developing freelance projects for Technicolor, Kool Productions, Studio100 and Alphanim among others.
