Don't Miss Producer Rebecca O'Brien Talk at IADT

The National Film School Lecture Series with the support of the with Bord Scannán na hÉireann / the Irish Film Board is organising a lecture with UK producer Rebecca O'Brien this Tuesday 29th January.

Rebecca O'Brien is one of Britain's leading producers, and started her career on early Channel Four films and dramas, including My Beautiful Laundrette, as location manager. Her first film with Ken Loach was Hidden Agenda and, since then, they have made twelve feature films together, including: My Name is Joe;  Looking for Eric; The Wind That Shakes the Barley; and The Angels' Share. They formed Sixteen Films in 2002. Rebecca also produced the Bean  movie for Working Title. She has sat on various film industry boards including PACT, and The UK Film Council, and was recently elected to the Board of the European Film Academy.
