Screen Training Ireland Sector Skills Survey - Deadline Extended until June 21st
Screen Training Ireland and Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board have been working closely over the past few months developing a strategy which will encourage the creative development of the Irish Screen Sectors over the next three to four years.
Screen Training Ireland have prepared a questionnaire and would encourage you to respond online or by clicking on this link. The questionnaire will take about 10 minutes to complete and will be open until 5pm on Friday the June 21st. All responses are anonymous. Alongside the survey STI will also be consulting with key industry stakeholders in order to develop a clear coherent Training Strategy.
Screen Training Ireland will continue to deliver key training initiatives and provide advice and assistance to individuals in relation to the training landscape in Ireland and on an international level. The Bursary Award scheme remains open to applicants who are interested in
availing of relevant training and/or work placements internationally.
We will also deliver two key European training initiatives in 2013/14; VFX: Script to Screen and Screen Leaders. Some sessions from these programmes will be open to the wider industry locally and internationally.
We aim to encourage talent, creativity and enterprise through all our training interventions. Irish industry professionals will continue to have access to Irish and international industry experts as part of their training.
