PRODUCERS ON THE MOVE join for European co-productions
29 producers from across Europe, who were selected to take part in EFP's networking platform PRODUCERS ON THE MOVE are currently meeting at the Cannes Film Festival. With its annual networking event, European Film Promotion (EFP) facilitates the exchange of similarly vibrant colleagues from other European countries who are all looking for international co-production-partners.
The four-day programme running from May 18 - 21 provides financing and networking opportunities to be able to pitch projects, exchange knowledge and to discuss ideas with counterparts from various European countries. Financial backing comes from the MEDIA Programme of the European Union and the participating member countries who selected the participants.

The PRODUCERS ON THE MOVE 2013 project is as well supported by Eurimages, The Hollywood Reporter and the MFG Film Funding Baden-Württemberg/Germany. In addition, EFP's promotional and PR activities are backed by the Centre national du cinéma et de l' image animée (CNC). The Hamburg-based office is supported by the German Minister of State for Culture, the Media (BKM) and the Ministry of Culture of the City of Hamburg and the Film Fund Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein.
