IFB Industry Event: Meet the IFB Board at the Galway Film Fleadh
The Minister for Arts Jimmy Deenihan (TD) appointed a new board for Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board (IFB) earlier this year. The Board which compromises of seven members is chaired by Bill O'Herlihy.
There will be an opportunity to meet with the newly appointed board at the Galway Film Fleadh. This informal event will offer an opportunity to industry practitioners to hear from each of the new Board members and what they see as their new role on the IFB board. The event will be moderated by James Hickey, IFB Chief Executive.
The IFB Board members are: Bill O'Herlihy (Chair) Katie Holly, Dr. Annie Doona, John Rice, Seamus Deasy, Kate O'Toole and Maurice Sweeney.
