The Irish Pub tour
IFB-funded documentary The Irish Pub was the opening film of the Toronto Irish Film Festival (TIRFF) last weekend, and its North American tour doesn’t stop there.
While in Toronto, director Alex Fegan appeared on TV to promote the film and he took part in a lively Q&A after the TIRFF screening. This was followed by a party in Irish pub Dora Keogh’s on the Danforth. See a selection of pics here in the Toronto Star.
Alex and the documentary have now moved on to Chicago, where it will screen on Friday and Saturday as part of the Chicago Irish Film Festival (tickets still available for Saturday night, which will be followed by an after-party in Cullen’s Bar).
After that it’s off to Beantown for the Irish Film Festival, Boston, followed by Washington’s Solas Nua on March 31st for their monthly film series, Irish Popcorn!
