Joe and Jack Sells Internationally as Producers Look Towards a Second Series
Joe and Jack, an animated series from Galway-based Dancing Girl Productions, in collaboration with RedRay Films and 9Story Media Group, has been screening internationally as the series producers look towards a second series.
The German channel KIKA has started the 2nd run of the first series of Joe & Jack. The series has recently done its first run on ABC in Australia where it constantly rated in amongst the top five in the family category, frequently outranking Peppa Pig, Pingu and Olivia.
Joe & Jack is an adorable series about a 4-year-old boy named Joe, and his best friend; who happens to be a cat, Jack. These two have the biggest imaginations and their days are filled with all sorts of adventures. Follow these friends as together they get into and out of trouble.
Series one of Joe and Jack made its debut in 2012 and has been sold internationally, including YLE Finland, RTP Portugal, KTH Korea, ZAPP the Netherlands, ABC Australia, Disney Latin America, Canal + France, Telequebec and BBC Knowledge Canada, and TVNZ New Zealand.
