Céad Ghrá is Up for Order at Starbucks Coffeehouses in the US

In addition to screening at the Seattle International Film Festival, Brian Deane’s Irish-language short film Céad Ghrá has been selected to screen in Starbucks Coffeehouses across the United States.

SIFF is partnering with Starbucks to present the films as part of the Starbucks Digital Network which provides content that is only accessible on the wi-fi at any one of the over 12,000 Starbucks locations across the US.

Céad Ghrá will screen on the Starbucks Digital Network and will be available to view by potentially hundreds of thousands of people.

Céad Ghrá was funded under the Gearrscannán scheme and tells of two best friends set off on a quest in pursuit of their first crush. The short was directed by Brian Deane, written by Matthew Roche and produced by Eamonn Cleary for TW Films. Céad Ghrá was funded by Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board.

The Seattle International Film Festival takes place from May 14 to June 7 2015.
